Ce partenariat FRAO-2IE couvre la mise en œuvre de divers ateliers de formation au profit des cadres des projets du FIDA venus des pays de l’Afrique de l’Ouest et du Centre (AOC) dans le cadre de l’exécution du programme de renforcement des capacités des équipes de gestion des projets financés par le Fonds International de Développement Agricole (FIDA). Ces activités de formations ont porté sur :
«Techniques de capitalisation et de gestion des savoirs » au profit de plus de quarante-cinq agents du PARSAT et du PADER/G, du 18 au 21 janvier à Mongo au Tchad.
«Gestion des connaissances » au profit de quinze (15) cadres des projets du FIDA du 08 au 10 Février à KIRBI au Cameroun.
«Organisation et méthodes de gestion Administrative» et « Gestion des connaissances et la Capitalisation» organisés simultanément à Abidjan du 15 au 19 février avec de plus de trente participants
« Conception et la Planification du projet » à Yaoundé au Cameroun du 11 au 15 avril avec vingt-cinq (25) participants.
« Deux ateliers Anglophones sur la «Gestion Axée sur les résultats» et la «Gestion des connaissances et Capitalisation des expériences» organisés simultanément à Accra du 2 au 6 Mai au profit de Trente-huit (38) cadres des projets du FIDA
« Elaboration du Plan et du manuel de suivi-évaluation et le SYGRI » au Burkina Faso, du 16 au 20 mai avec une dizaine de participants.
Partnership with the 2iE Foundation (Institut International d’Ingénierie de l’Eau et de
l’Environnement)
The WARF-2iE partnership covers the implementation of diverse capacity development initiatives benefiting personnel of IFAD projects in Western and Central Africa, in the framework ofimplementation of a regional grant for strengthening the capacities of management teams of IFAD funded projects and programmes in the region. Training activities during the first half of the year focused on:
«Workshop on capitalization and knowledge management techniques, benefiting more than 45 personnel of PARSAT and PADER/G projects. This workshop was organized in Mongo, Chad on the 18th to 21st January .
«Knowledge management workshop with 15 participants drawn from personnel of IFAD projects in Cameroon, organized in Kirbi on 8 to 10 February .
«Two concurrent workshops on administrative management methods/organization and knowledge management/capitalization bringing together more than 30 participants in Abidjan on the 15 to 19 February .
«Training session on project conception and planning, organized on the 11 – 15 April 2023 in Yaoundé au Cameroun with 25 participants.
«Two concurrent Anglophone workshops on results-based management and knowledge management/capitalization of experiences bringing together 38 personnel of IFAD projects from Ghana and Nigeria, organized in Accra on 2 – 6 May .
«Training workshop on the elaboration of monitoring and evaluation manuals and RIMS, organized in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso on 16 to 20 May 2022 and benefiting more than 10 personnel of IFAD projects in Western and Central Africa.
