Dans le but de l’opérationnalisation de son PSQ5, la FRAO a développé entre Janvier et Mai plusieurs propositions de programmes d’assistance technique

• Une proposition sur le sa été soumissionnée à OSIWA
• Suite à l’appel lancé par le projet P2RS au Sénégal, la FRAO en partenariat avec GADEC a développé une manifestation d’intérêt pour le renforcement de la résilience à l’insécurité alimentaire et nutritionnelle au Sahel.
• La FRAO a également élaboré une proposition en partenariat avec GADEC suite à un appel lancé par le projet PUDC/PNUD pour l’Assistance technique et Organisationnelle des communautés dans les chaînes de valeurs et l’Entreprenariat.
• La FRAO a aussi élaboré une manifestation d’intérêt en partenariat avec le GADEC suite à un appel lancé par le projet PRAPS  pour la structuration et le renforcement des capacités des organisations professionnelles d’élevage
• Un contrat d’assistance technique a été signé avec le Ministère de la Pêche et de l’Aquaculture de la République du Congo pour accompagner le démarrage du projet PD-PAC financé par le FIDA
• Dans le cadre de sa collaboration avec 2IE, un Accord Spécifique a été signé par les deux institutions pour le renforcement de capacités des personnels de projets financé par le FIDA en Afrique de l’Ouest et du Centre (AOC)

WAR has launched a series of resource mobilization initiatives that will support the implementation of its current strategic plan:

• A proposition to promote good governance and economic development for small family farms in rural communities of Mboula in Senegal and Hafia in the Republic of Guinea has been submitted to OSIWA co-financing.
• WARF and GADEC have partnered to submit an expression of interest to strengthen resilience to food and nutritional insecurity in the Sahel following a call from the P2RS project in Senegal.
• WARF and GADEC have also developed a joint proposal in response to a call for proposals by PUDC/UNDP for technical and organizational support for milk and potato value chain development in selected communities in Senegal in the framework of its poverty reduction initiative in the country.
• WARF and GADEC have also partnered to elaborate an expression of interest to provide organizational and capacity strengthening support to professional livestock organizations in response to a request from the PRAPS project in Senegal.
• WARF is currently providing technical assistance to the Ministry of Fisheries and Aquaculture in the Republic of Congo in support of the start-up of the IFAD funded PD-PAC project in the country.
• In the framework of its collaboration with the 2iE Foundation, a specific agreement between the two institutions is being implemented in support of strengthening the capacities of project management personnel of IFAD projects in West and Central Africa.
